i am 19 weeks now.
yes, i had to stand on the coffee table to take this photo. but, it is my cutest mirror. we find out next week what we are having and are very anxious excited. i have a big fear that he/she will hide, so i hope that is not the case.
matt started the workout program p90x a few weeks ago and i now refer to myself as tony horton's widow. it keeps him very busy, but he's enjoying it and i enjoy watching him. i will spare you the 'before' photos we had to take.
i'm almost finished re-decorating our bedroom and i am in love with it.
it is so much more bright and cheery than before and i find myself hanging out in there during the day :)
next up is clearing out the baby's room that is still full of boxes.
today it was rainy and i decided to try and make scones again. my first attempt a few weeks ago did not turn out very well. sharpie gave me the tip on a scone recipe from america's test kitchen. it is 'cream and currant scones' but i can't find the recipe online anywhere. i went without the currants though and just had them plain. they were delicious.
tea and scones made for the perfect rainy day snack.
an inspiration board is in order. i have lots of ideas.

Drink a little orange juice before your ultrasound to wake up the baby. :) Just not too much or he/she will be too wiggly and they won't be able to get all their measurements.
love, love, love, love, love the new bedroom. it is so peaceful and bright! that is exactly what i want my bedroom to feel like when i own my own bedroom and can control it more :P. i am in love with the white paneling behind the bed, especially. (not to mention the yellow lamp.)
i love this post for many reasons.
1) i love that you are 19 weeks
2) i like how "supportive" you are of p90x. and i laughed at the tony horton's widow part.
3) i really like your bedroom re-do. mike does also, as he helped paint it. though i think matt grossed him out a bit during the process.
4) i like the scones on a rainy day
5) you don't look 19 weeks pregnant. and i thought i took a while to start showing.....
