"i am not retiring down to florida!"
it's one of those out of the blue funny conversations, we often have. add 'where we are going to retire to' to the list of things you should talk about before you get married. it's critical.

i want to retire somewhere in New England. can't you change your location so we can be old ladies together???
i'm just glad you convinced matt to not retire in florida. i wouldn't visit you if you lived in florida. i don't like alligators.
you should have a summer AND winter home...
